    Without a doubt, the Sering Ukay development caters well for families with young children due to its strategic location near international schools.     The only concern about Sering Ukay is the security aspect for Phase 1. According to a newspaper article from The Star from the 8th of February, 2010, there was a security issue as the developer handed the security details to Sering Ukay's RA as stated in their agreements, but the Residents Association weren't ready for it. This left the Sering Ukay Residents Association "in the lurch" and without security for Phase 1. Hopefully this issue has already been resolved as it became a legal battle.
