    Esquire Corner was founded in 2004, and Maplewoods was a maiden project of it. Somehow, it received good responses from the public since it was launched in April 2005. After that, Esquire Corner launched a second project named Hijauan Saujana, which was a mid-rise service-apartment and also just located nearby Saujana Resort.

    The company achieves their developments successfully, as it is leaded by the potential directors and shareholders who have over 30 years of property development experience at various part of Malaysia including Johor, Negeri Sembilan and Sabah.
