Nusa Twelve


Nusa Twelve is a new development in the fresh land of Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. To be more precise, it is situated in the new area called Nusa Intan. Construction is underway, with December 2016 has been set as the target date of completion. Nusa Twelve is a freehold project by the developer Seri Pajam Development.

Nusa Twelve consists of multiple units of double-storey terrace house. A boastful figure of 4 represents the number of the bedrooms and bathrooms that can be found in each unit. The total land area is 1,540 sf (22' x 70'). The figure of the total built-up on the other hand is 2,430 sf.

Mart are the malls that can be found in the large vicinity of the property, while BHP and Petronas gas stations are nearby too. Senawang Specialist Hospital and Hospital Tunku Jaafar are also in the area, along with Seremban International Gold Club. Children of Nusa Twelve will be able to attend schools such as SK Taman Tasik Jaya, SMK Seri Ampangan and Tunku Khursiah College.

To ease the drivers from the area, LEKAS Highway and North South Highway are connected to Nusa Twelve. A KTM station is available, while other mode of public transportation is a bit scant.

    With 20 past, current and future residential areas development in hand, Seri Pajam Development is known for their experience. Nusa Twelve looks to be another housing area that is under their care, and the design so far looks more than decent.

    Despite being a huge residential area, the traffic promises to be smooth. Rush hours might lengthen the journeys, but only for a few minutes. The neighbourhood is looking to be quite an exclusive one, though security measures are a bit too early to be identified.

    Recently, there have been talks of the people who work in KL that are willing to commute between Senawang and Negeri Sembilan. Nilai is a good example, with some of the residents there working in KL. Hence, the areas in Negeri Sembilan, especially those that are closer to North, might be sought after. Those who would want to look for peace and quiet, are the suitable buyers for this property.
