The nearest hospital is Hospital Selayang, located 3 kilometers to the south.

At the location of V-Residensi, there is no public transport whatsoever in the area. There are several major roads in the area, and the most important of which is Jalan Ipoh which leads to Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The Selayang - Kepong Highway is also easily accessible, along with the Middle Ring Road 2. Rawang Highway to the north is also easily accessible as it connects to Jalan Ipoh, and leads towards Rawang.

    The developers previously developed USJ One Avenue, but the project was allegedly scrapped to make way for V-Residensi instead. There is one a many that commented on their excellent build quality. Their other developments such as Lakefront Homes and Lakefront Residences have also garnered a positive response from the community. Although far away from the beaten path, V-Residensi is located at the border of a believed-to-be forest reserve. Indulging in the beauty of mother nature has never been easier, as the views in the surrounding areas are very scenic.
