Greentown Business Centre is the central hub of business in the northern state of Ipoh. Built in the 1990s, this commercial hub is located a mere 8 minutes away from the town centre of Ipoh, approximately 10 minutes away from the Sultan Azlan Shah Airport while the main bus terminal of Ipoh, located on Jalan Raja Bendahara is a mere 8 minutes ride away. Most of the developments in Greentown Business Centre consists mainly of shop offices. The majority of these shop offices are between 2 to 5 storeys tall, and as such, rental of these shop offices depend mainly on which floor the unit is on, with the higher floors commanding much less value.

    Being what one would call a small town, Greentown Business Centre is generally not a congested place, where traffic is usually smooth flowing off-peak hours. Peak hours on the other hand can get downright nasty, especially at the Sultan Ismail roundabout; and as a matter of fact, at all the roundabouts including the Jalan Raja Hilir roundabout.

    Tenants of Greentown Business Centre can expect a noisy and exciting livelihood, as it is a very successful commercial hub with a very high traffic flow. This area is dedicated exclusively to shops and office lots, and as such turnover of some of the shops are also quite high due to the many merchants trying to make their way in business here.

    Ipoh had never struck any of the speculators as a good investment, as it used to be sleepy bygone town, forgotten by the rest of civilisation. It has in the recent years picked and dusted itself off, and development is running amok in the state. As such, Greentown Business Centre is looking more and more to be a good place to invest in.
