Taman Ayer Rajah is a low density exclusive housing neighborhood located off Jalan Utama in Georgetown, Penang. The freehold neighborhood consisted of mainly matured semi-detached houses and bungalows. It is situated just a stone's throw away from Penang Botanic Garden and Gurney Drive. Among its immediate neighbours are Taman Gottlieb and Taman Selamat.
