Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts and Inns (SGI) is the leisure and hospitality arm of PJ Developments. For the mean time, SGI manages several properties, such as Swiss-Garden International Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Swiss Inn Kuala Lumpur, Swiss-Garden Resort & Spa Kuantan, Garden-Lodge Sydney, Swiss-Garden Golf Resort and Spa Damai Laut, Damai Laut & Country Club, and Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments and Swiss Villas. Adding to the current list, the company also targets to manage another six properties in near future.

Pudu is centrally located in the city centre. But throughout the years, this area seems to be neglected by the goverment. Due to this, Pudu has retained its local identity in spite of being located in the middle of concrete jungle. This vicinity is famous for its iconic buildings such as Stadium Merdeka and Stadium Negara, and cheap food stalls along Jalan Alor among others.
