Section 30


Section 30 is a small town located in the area of Shah Alam, Selangor, bordering Klang. Similar to Kampung Jawa, this town which was earlier known as Kampung Jalan Kebun, included under Shah Alam, and later renamed to Section 30, when the statues of Shah Alam was changed from town to city. This town comes with several developments, which includes landed and high rise developments. Section 30 is a rapidly growing town with numerous landed projects currently being developed and completed recently. There are also existing developments such as apartments, terrace houses and shop lots. This town was located quite deep from Shah Alam city centre and became developed only after a new highway was built linking this town to the city centre. Besides that, this town is also located neighbouring other towns such as Kampung Jawa, Kota Kemuning, Padang Jawa and Taman Sentosa. In terms of facilities in Section 30, there are schools, business centres, parks, restaurants, convenience stores and children’s playground available within this vicinity. Furthermore, this town is also situated nearby to Little India, Econsave, Giant Hypermarket, Mydin, Centrepoint, Carrefour, I-City and Bukit Raja Shopping Centre. Educational Institution such as UiTM, SM Swasta Kwang Hua, Sekolah Sri Acmar, SK Jalan Batu Tiga, SMK Sri Istana, SK Sri Lethia Klang Private School and SRJKC Chung Hwa are also located closely. Furthermore, Section 30 is also linked via highways namely Kota Kemuning – Shah Alam Highway (LKSA), Shah Alam Highway, Federal Highway and Pulau Indah Highway, which connects this town to neighbouring towns such as Port Klang, Puchong, Subang, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. There are also good access public transportation available, whether it’s KTM, buses or even taxis.

    Section 30 is a town located in the vicinity of Shah Alam, neighbouring Klang. Previously was included under Klang, this town comes with numerous amenities which mostly comes from Klang, instead of Shah Alam. This town is only easily accessible from Shah Alam via the Kemuning – Shah Alam Highway (LKSA), which comes with RM0.60 toll to Kampung Jawa and RM1.20 toll to Kota Kemuning. Section 30 offers ample of landed and high rise developments, whereby the built-up of the properties begin from 600 sf built-up for apartments, from 1,200 sf built-up for the terrace houses and from 2,500 sf built-up for the shop lots.
