    Faber Ria looks quite run down from the outside, but it is actually a very well-maintained condominium. Its resident profiles comprises of family and young executives who work in KL city centre and Petaling Jaya. Just like Faber Heights, its studio unit is the most demanded and loved by investors, due to the high rental yield returned. Rental for 1-bedroom unit starts from RM850 to RM1,000 and 2-bedroom unit goes for RM1,200 to RM1,500.
