Aman Kiara is a fully gated-and-guarded development that offers top security level to its owners and a great peace of mind living experience. By having limited units totalling up to only 31 units, many had quoted Aman Kiara as one of the lowest density developments in Mont Kiara.
The bungalow units come in 3 elegantly designed homes. The type Aster which consists of 5 units has built-up areas of 4,930 sf on plots that range from 6,050 sf to 7,600 sf land areas. Second type namely Saffron which consists of 5 units has 4,570 sf of space on plots. The third design is the Type Daphne which consists of 9 units. This largest design has the built-up areas of 5,120 sf to 5,410 sf space each.
