    The developers, Ikram Ikhlas is a experienced property developer with more than 10 years experience, their past successes include projects in Ampang Boulevard, Ampang and Balakong. Their workmanship with blocks A and B of the development have been viewed as satisfactory as commented by the purchasers. There were also comments that their sales team was helpful and passionate. Damai Apartment is located directly beside a sewage plant. Although the purchasers that visited the site say that there is no smells that cause discomfort from the plant, the critics think that an investment into the area is risky due to its presence. The KESAS highway is fast-moving normally, but ranges from moderate to heavy traffic during peak hours.
