Bandar Botanic


Bandar Botanic (also known as Botanic Garden) is an RM3 billion major freehold township project located in the southern part of Klang, a proud project led by Gamuda Lands and developed by Harun Intisari. Consisting mainly of linked houses, semi-detached, Botanic Garden is built literally in a botanical garden in the southern part of Klang.

Bandar Botanic consists of 170 acres of land dedicated to superior landscaping and green architecture divided into Botanic East and West where each precinct is characterised by its own green landscaping.     Bandar Botanic is another proud project of Gamuda Land through their subsidiary developer Harum Intisari. Gamuda Land has won many awards; for engineering, innovation, business and management, environment and landscaping; with Bandar Botanic proudly winning the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) for Best Masterplan.

    Bandar Botanic is set in the outskirts of Klang in a newly developed and relatively young township with many connecting highways in and out of the area guaranteeing almost no traffic at all within the area. Therefore traffic congestion will be far from the worries of any resident with the houses being set amongst lush greenery ideal for evening walks and picnics. As long as residents do not have any wish to go into the city as everything is provided for them within close distance from their homes, they will not ever need to worry about traffic jams.

    Bandar Botanic is set to be a safe area especially with all the communities being gated and guarded. In the earlier years when the township was still being developed security was an issue with many regarding residency in Bandar Botanic to be a hazard on their lives and with an old lady losing her life to thieving foreign workers working on other developments in the neighbourhood.

    However security appears to have improved with the new police booth that residents complain seems to be quiet and empty, but as with the saying goes, safety lies in numbers and with the number of people moving in safety should be improved; at least there will be neighbours within screaming distance.

    As an investment property in Bandar Botanic is almost guaranteed to rake in the profits provided the investor bought it at the launch price. Projects from the first phase have all fully sold with many queuing up for the new developments as Bandar Botanic is still a young and developing area and has much potential.

    Bandar Botanic is also ideal as a permanent residence as children will be able to enjoy playing in parks and adults will find the botanical garden a soothing reverie from their everyday jobs.
