Vista Kiara is a good place to live if one works in Bukit Damansara, Sri Hartamas, Bangsar and Petaling Jaya areas. One can even view breathtaking greenery hills or KLCC from the balcony and windows. It has one of the largest compound area for residents to walkabout and jog as compared to the newer condo which are more densed and compact. Besides, Vista Kiara also offers much privacy as each level only houses 4 units.
As Vista Kiara is located right in-front of Garden International School, which is convenient for families to send their kids to school, it also suffers traffic jam before and after the school period. Thus, it may take several minutes for residents to get pass of the area during school times. There are also some units come with more than two units as the developed allowed buyers to purchase parking units upon purchase. Another solution is to rent out the parking spot from other residents, or you can try your luck and ask the management for parking rental.
Before the economic downturn, the smallest basic unit (1,230 sf) at Vista Kiara was priced around RM450,000. But due to the downfall of property market these days, the price has slumped to around RM410,000 (Auction price as at Sept 2010).
