Vista Alam


Vista Alam is a fully integrated leasehold mixed development project by Tahap Warisan located in Shah Alam.     Analysis

    Tahap Warisan is a group of experienced property developers and contractors who have gathered to become the latest trend setter in the property development line. Their past successes include projects in Bandar Baru Bangi and Shah Alam. The traffic in the area is reasonable, and is not heavily congested barring peak periods on the main trunks of road. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful at the moment as it is not fully developed as of yet. Vista Alam shows promises of being a good investment. The price may not appreciate like the properties in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya will, but nonetheless should increase due to the increased activity and business opportunities in the area. As a permanent residence this place will be a good place to stay in when it fully develops as per its plans as it should be a successful fully integrated township.
