Setiahills (also known as Setia Hills) is small and luxurious gated and guarded housing estate perched on Bukit Indah in Ampang. The project comprises of 45 units of Spavilla bungalows. The alternative is via Bandar Ampang and Taman Kosas, which is slightly easier, but with heavier traffic. Setiahills is accessible via MRR2, DUKE Highway, AKLEH and Jalan Ampang. It is located on the suburb part of KL metropolitan area, neighboring to Bandar Baru Ampang and Ampang Jaya, where plenty of amenities can be found.     Investment wise, Setiahills is a little pricey for a leasehold project. The subsale price is mostly tagged from RM4 mil and above. However if you are buying for own stay, it offers great escape from the city life, and you could enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The affluent Ampang locals and may want to upgrade to living in the upper-class environment. Setiahills is the only upmarket project on nestling on top of the hill in Ampang. Although the neighbourhood was already luxurious as is, some owners have added their own renovations to include lifts, personal alarm system and CCTV. Residents can feel like living in a perpetual holiday in these homes. At night, the Kuala Lumpur city skyline greets you with its colourful lights. Properties nearby Setiahills include Emerald Hill, Tudor Court and Crystal Tower. Prospective buyers who are interested in having a more recent exclusive property in an elite neighbourhood may want to look into The Valley TTDI. Bukit Indah at the moment has over 3,000 residential and commercial properties since its first development project in 1990s.
