They are likely to questioned tenants before allowing them in and visitors are advised to inform tenants that they are coming to the condominium to pay for a visit. The robbery incident resulted in strict patrol of any movement going inside the area.

    In Kristal Heights's sale and purchase agreement, there is a promised gymnasium for the convenience of the residents. However, the facility is yet to be presented to them. The residents have sign up petitions to urge the management and developer to fulfil their side of the agreement.
