Prices of Taman Nusantara's terrace houses are considerably lower as compared to the units in other areas of town – which has sparked interests in many potential buyers. However, some potential buyers were a bit skeptical towards the fact that there must be something wrong with the residential area for it to be priced at a lower price.
Some people think that this has something to with the fact that the residential area is closer to the high tension wires there and some even urge potential buyers to choose their units wisely as most of the land at Taman Nusantara are reclaimed lands.
Recently, there was an increase in the value of houses at Taman Nusantara as there are about 300 units occupied by officers working at Kota Iskandar. However, most of the occupants here are now factory workers from Nusajaya as it is convenient for them to travel to and fro from work.
