    Rose Vista has shown considerable appreciation since 2010, but the same could be said for the majority of properties within Klang Valley. In the year 2011, transacted prices were below RM200,000, but it has since then, risen to at least RM245,000. The location of Ampang has a tendency for high volume traffic due to the people density. The Cahaya LRT Station nearby makes it extremely convenient to commute without having to deal with the traffic. Jalan Ampang also has really high traffic flow during peak hours, due to the many multinational corporations on that single street.
