    Lum Chang Group is an established property developer originated from Singapore. The company is the developer of the renowned Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) and main contractor for the Sime Darby Convention Centre. Among properties developed by the Group are Damansara Villa, Wickham Manor, The Forum, and Twin Palms. Compared to most residences in Seksyen 27, Suria 618 is among the closest ones to the industrial area. Just opposite the township, there are a few factories such as Mitsui Copper Foil and Right Way Industrial. Hence, it is afraid that fumes emitted by these factories may be hazardous to people. Besides that, these factories are quite eye-sore too. Most people claimed that they loved the design of Suria 618 by the developer. The design is practical, modern and looks urban. However, some people are not into the color combination.
