The price tags of Kota Harmoni from the developer are reasonable and accordingly to the market price in the area. Around the area, there are a few other gated and guarded enclaves such as Subang Alam. Subang Alam's semi-detached and bungalow are currently priced from about RM900,000 and RM1.5 million respectively with smaller built-up sizes and not equipped with clubhouse facilities. Hence, Kota Harmoni has great potential to yield a handsome profit for the investors.
With numerous facilities offered at Kota Harmoni, the maintenance fee would definitely be hefty. The full clubhouse facilities which are normally shared among 300 over condominium units are now shared by just 105 residences. Many residents have put up gates in their houses to enhance the security further. The design and landscape of the neighborhood is very beautiful and modern. However, its surrounding industrial areas and low-cost apartments may put off potential buyers.
