The houses in Taman Kesuma are all very old and some of them look very tired and run down. A good number of units have been refurbished and renovated – which explains why there is huge price variance on the pricing of the houses in the subsale market.
Jalan Ampang is well-known to be very congested and hectic during peak hours. If you are working in the city centre, you have to prepare yourself mentally to hurdle the notorious traffic everyday. Even with AKLEH just few kilometers away, you still have to struggle for about half an hour to access the highway due to road bottleneck and traffic lights.
