    Back then in August 2010, there was a report from The Malay Mail that mentioned about a spate of break-ins that occurred within the month of August. And the residents of Renjana Ampang claimed that 3 units were broken on the same day. Besides these 3 cases, there were few other break-ins as well. The residents believed that it was an inside man job. Renjana Ampang overlooks the green Bukit Sungai Putih Reserve Forest on the East, and KL city centre skyline on the West. Besides that, as there are not many high rise buildings in the area, Renjana Ampang boasts fresh air from the forest. Traffic congestion towards the city centre is notorious during most times. Do not believe real estate agent who says that one can reach to KLCC Twin Towers within 15 minutes of driving – as it is approximately 30 minutes at least. The main reason is because of several traffic lights that one needs to pass before one can reach AKLEH for better access to the city centre. In terms of pricing, Renjana Ampang price has increased steadily overtime. By the mid 2009, it was asked for about RM219 psf. Then, the price has escalated to RM265 psf a year later, and 2011 has marked Renjana Ampang at RM291 psf.
