    At any day or night, this commercial centre is bustling with crowds from nearby residential neighborhoods, schools and offices. Restoran Safa is a very popular restaurant and always full with patrons since morning till late night. Besides Restoran Safa, 99 Speedmart and Carrefour Express are also popular destinations for groceries and light shopping.

    Parking is an issue – but not a very serious though. One Avenue is lacking of parking bays which there are only 2 rows of car park bays in-front the shops and just a few rows at the basement. Most patrons just simply park their cars by the roadsides of the 66-ft Jalan Masjid.

    The office boasts large windows that allow good ventilation and natural lighting into the unit. The windows command nice views of Bandar Utama neighborhood on the West. However, the East view is blocked by Pelangi Ara and Pelangi Utama.

    Looking at the condition of the enclave, the area is quite dirty and the landscape is spoilt by the patrons who take short-cut to the shops. Adding to that, the place is also quite noisy in the evening till late night due to heavy patrons.
