    The main concern about Parklane Commercial Hub is the area density and traffic congestion. The area is already busy with numerous commercial centres and several blocks of high-rise condominiums. Traffic congestion is a norm in the area during peak hours which is worsened by the narrow-sized road (towards Kelana Puteri) and the lines of cars being parked by the roadside.

    The road towards the tunnel in front of Parklane Commercial Hub is usually jam-packed during rush hours due to high traffic volume. It is worried that people will avoid stopping by at this commercial hub due to traffic and density factor.

    Even though Parklane Commercial Hub is strategically located in a matured and growing commercial and residential enclave, it will have to contest a number of contenders including the latest Zenith Corporate Park and The Paradigm. The older ones are FAS Business Avenue and Taman Mayang Industrial Park. These competitors may limit property potential.
