    Being located within the city centre, one cannot escape being trapped in traffic jam. Traffic congestion normally occurs along Jalan Kerja Air Lama towards AKLEH and MRR2. However, after you have accessed AKLEH or DUKE (via MRR2), driving to the city centre will be breezy. Some of the bungalows here in Taman Uda Jaya are very old and run down. Even though they are old, the market price for these homes is still high and starts from RM3 million due to the strategic location. Depending on your preference, if you want to demolish the whole structure and build your own mansion, you should better opt for The Peak instead.
