Aston Kiara 3 will have a hard time to appreciate in terms of pricing. It is located in the end of Jalan Kiara 3 (which is actually Jalan Segambut to be exact). Even though it is still to be said within the posh Mont Kiara enclave, it is actually surrounded by villages. You will pass these villages along your way every time you go out or return home. Adding to that, Mont Kiara property market itself is suffering from oversupply at the moment. Prices have not gone up much for the past recent years and most units along the Jalan Kiara 3 are tagged around RM415 psf. Hopefully its low density feature will help it to survive in this urban jungle.
