East Ledang


East Ledang is a resort-themed urban residential precinct within a gated and guarded community located in Nusajaya. Developed by UEM Land, it features lush greenery via its landscaped parks and gardens with the lake, forest, wetland and canal themes.

East Ledang is one of residential areas being developed in Nusajaya besides Ledang Heights, Horizon Hills, and Nusa Idaman. The residential development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.2 billion.

East Ledang are divided into 3, namely Tranquility Park, Serenity Park and Harmony Park. Tranquility Park consists of Resort Bungalows and Twin Villas – each comes with 5 layouts (Type A, B, C, D & E).     Sprawling over 275-acre, East Ledang is to be built in 7 phases. Upon completion, it will have a total of 861 residences. Phase 1 comprises a total of 139 units – 87 units of 2-storey super-link houses and 52 units of 2-storey semi-detached homes. Phase 1 was launched in February 2008 and has completed in early 2010.

    Physical works for Phase 2 has commenced in February 2008 and the phase consists of bungalow and semi-detached houses. The entire development of East Ledang is expected to be completed in 2015.

    East Ledang is strategically located in Nusajaya, right in between Singapore and Johor Bahru city centre via the 2nd link. It is just about 10 minutes to the upcoming Kota Iskandar (a 320-acre integrated development that comprises Johor and Federal government offices), SiLC Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (a green industrial park), Puteri Harbour (a waterfront and marina) and EDUCITY (a 300-acre education hub with several universities).
