However, I Residence is sited on leasehold land with commercial title. Hence, owners and tenants have to pay hefty price for power and water. Besides that, its drawback is its location which is right besides Shell petrol station and fronting the busy Persiaran Surian, which residents have to bear the noise and air pollution even though enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course.
But I Residence is selling like a hot cake as claimed by many, due to its great location as well as well-positioned pricing (which is just about 5% above market prices of nearby condominiums). And indeed, this really sounds like a good investment.
