D'Pulze is an integrated commercial cum residential hub comprising a 4-star hotel, serviced apartment suites and a leisure and entertainment podium that boasts the Live, Work and Play concept. It is strategically sited on 4.3 acres of freehold commercial land right opposite the Cyberjaya Transport Terminal and next to HSBC and BMW.

The residential component at D'Pulze is named Suites @ D'Pulze, which comprises two blocks of 19 and 23-storey suites. There are a total of 505 units in total with 230 units in the first block and 252 units in the second. The suite has built-ups ranging from 453 sf to 676 sf.

Suites @ D'Pulze boasts majestic Putrajaya skyline views and surrounding Cyberjaya township. There are 10 units per floor for Block A and 12 units per floor for Block B. Each unit comes with multi-split inverter air-conditioning system, kitchenette by Signature Kitchen (slim hood, hot plate, sink and tap), one car park and toilet and light fittings. Facilities provided include swimming pool and gymnasium.

Besides Suites @ D'Pulze, there might be a SoHo development to add its residential component. However, there is not much information can be gathered on it.

The 4-star hotel at D'Pulze is to be managed by the well-known The Ascott Limited under Citadines Apart'hotel brand name. The Ascott is an established hospitality service company with its high class hospitality service under the brand names of Ascott The Residence, Somerset Service Residence and Citadines Apart'hotel.

The 4-storey entertainment podium at D'Pulze is located beneath the Suites. It is targeted to host F&B outlets which are positioned along the d’Pulze alfresco strip with night-long love music and events. Adding to the F&B outlets, it will contain a fitness centre and spa, as well as a cinema (with 8 cineplexes), a family karaoke and a food court. Besides that, it may house supermarkets, banks and pharmacies for the convenience of the residents and hotel guests.

There are a total of over 1,600 units of car park bays provided at the car park podium and basement – just for its visitors. In addition, the developer has allocated 40% of the land is for greenery landscaping for a better living and entertainment experience.

    There are several developments delivered by the developer of D'Pulze, including Eastern Court medium-cost apartment in Penang which is a 350-unit condominium with a gross development value (GDV) of RM42 million. It was completed in 1998.

    Besides that, another property development is a serviced apartment located in Perth, Australia named Rheola Apartments with GDV of AUS$ 20 million and completed in 2006. The development is Perth was the finalist for Quest WA Franchise of the Year 2006, 2007 and 2009.
