    Section 18 is an old fashioned neighbourhood located in the vicinity of Klang Valley. Even though there’s zero development going on in this place, yet the rental value are quite high and the property value is quite stable for this place. This is due to the ease of accessibility as well as the nearby amenities of this place which is located closely to education institutes.

    This 99 years leasehold residences should have been leased for almost 30 years by now. Pinang Heights is the only development which is being developed here and currently this residence was launched with a price of over RM400,000. Other than that, there are no space for further development.
