    Section 19 is a small suburban neighbourhood which mainly houses residents and the Shah Alam KTM Station. This vicinity consists of old properties and houses, which has a low subsale value. Another reason for this is the old apartments in this vicinity are mainly occupied by foreigners, which makes the locals to avoid this place. The price of the houses is quite low compared to the neighbouring area such as Section 23 and Section 13. This neighbourhood would be suitable for rent out, but not move in. Yet even the rental value would be less here compared to other neighbourhood.
