Section 23


Section 23 is a small neighbourhood located in Shah Alam. This neighbourhood consist of terrace and semi-detached houses, together with several shop lots. Located in Klang Valley vicinity, this neighbourhood are surrounded by other small neighbourhood namely Section 24, Section 19, Section 18 and Kota Kemuning. Section 23 is located closely to other town such as Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Puchong, Klang, Port Klang, as well as Kuala Lumpur and this neighbourhood are linked by highways namely Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), North - South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) and Kemuning - Shah Alam Highway (LKSA). The Kemuning - Shah Alam Highway (LKSA) begins from this neighbourhood, which links Kota Kemuning and Kampung Jawa. Section 23 consists of a small land area which mainly contains housing areas. Also available in this vicinity are Carrefour Hypermarket and Uptown Shah Alam, which brings in a large crowd during in the night. Shop lots which offer restaurants, launderette, gymnasium, clinicks, banks, mechanic shops and convenience stores are also located closely. Besides, also available in the neighbouring places are facilities such as Giant Hypermarket, Ole Ole Shopping Mall, Shah Alam City Centre Mall, PKNS Complex, Alam Sentral, Taman Tasik and Anggerik Mall.

    Section 23 is a small neighbourhood in Shah Alam which comes with beautiful double storey and semi-detached houses. The houses in this neighbourhood used to be priced for less than RM300,000, yet the current subsale price for this property had almost doubled up. The capital appreciation for this place is quite good as this place is easily accessible via several highways and the Shah Alam KTM Station is also located just 5 minutes’ drive away from this place. Overall, this is a quiet and excellent neighbourhood to move in, yet investors should consider that the Uptown Shah Alam attracts quite a number of visitors each day and the lack of parking are a problem as the visitors tend to park the car in the road side. Yet this only affects a small part of Section 23.
