    The 200-acre Seremban Jaya was developed back in 2001 to meet demand for low-cost residential properties. It has since matured into a substantial landmark township and a part of the satellite town of Senawang. Its close proximity to Senawang's industrial parks makes Seremban Jaya one of the places that these workers choose to stay at. In addition, the standard of living here is less stressful than that in the bigger cities.
