Danau Idaman is another condominium development by Faber Group. The Group is a memberof the UEM Group. Faber Group is well-known for its property developments in Taman Desa and Taman Danau Desa. Its past developments include Faber Ria, Faber Heights, Casa Desa, and Danau Murni to name a few.
Danau Idaman is loved by locals, as well as a few groups of expatriates – the Arabs and the Africans. It is in demand because of its strategic location as well as decent design. Because of these foreigners, demand for rental is quite good and delivers decent rental yield for investors.
