Most of the residents here in D'Rimba claimed that the surrounding is very serene and tranquil. They mentioned that the air is fresh and cold, no matter day and night. This is not only because of the forest surrounding, it also because of lush landscape garden within this development itself. One of the disadvantages of living near to jungle is bad network reception. Even though it is neither D'Rimba nor the developer fault, but it is essential to check whether you can get the reception from the unit you are considering to purchase or rent. There are a few complaints heard regarding this matter.
Another drawback of D’Rimba is the absence of lift even though it is a 5-storey condominium. Hence, the prices really vary from the top to bottom floor. The higher floor is less demanded since families with small kids or old parents will try to avoid climbing the staircase. Besides that, the car park bays are not covered. Therefore, you will always have to prepare your umbrella. There are a lot of Bumiputra units here. Because of this, you will find that the market prices vary at about RM30,000 to RM80,000 difference.
