Kiara 9


Kiara 9 is another new condominium sited in the posh Mont Kiara enclave. It is located along Jalan Kiara 3, right opposite Kiara 1888 and just a stone throw away from Kampung Segambut. It is situated on a 3-acre freehold land and comprises 2 low-rise blocks and a 41-storey condominium tower.     Analysis

    Type A unit consists of 2,201 sf built-up area with 3+1 bedrooms and 3+1 bathrooms. Among the distinctive features of Type A is a large entry hall which is built with a small garden, a store/utility room and a powder room for guest. Besides that, there is a door from the entrance to the wet kitchen area. Due to these not-so-practical areas waste, its master bedroom seems small. It comes with a lanai. Type B layout seems more practical than Type A. Perhaps it explains why the units were already sold out compared to the former. It comprises 1,661 sf of built-up size and comes with 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is larger but there is neither a lanai nor balcony.
