The developer Interpile, a subsidiary of Malton Group, is a well known developer in town. The concept of the development focuses on garden style of living at Puchong with lake view. However, it is a pity that the development is separated by fencing from the lake, due to the lake ownership is by YTL on the opposite development. Apart from that, the developer did a good job on the 4 acres of recreation park which not many of the developer in town have done the same.
Generally, Mutiara Indah is a good buy for own stay or investment, as it offers exclusivity of low density, gated community, reasonable price, great location and excellent garden concept homes. The only minor concern is the traffic congestion due to the nearby Tesco Puchong Hypermarket.
