    SS4 is a matured neighborhood that have been around for many years. Majority of population found within the area are matured families who have been staying there for many years. As such, it is a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. Its strategic positioning ensures that residents have easy access to a multitude of amenities.

    However, the previous years have seen quite a few robbery cases whereby residents have their houses broken into. Ever since then, community watch have been established along with security guards patrolling the area day and night.

    It was an apparent success as criminal cases have been drastically reduced upon such implementation. Police patrol cars can also be seen patrolling the area occasionally, especially during festive seasons.

    One of the inevitable problem faced by all residents in SS4 is the traffic congestion. Considering that the main access road leading to SS4 and everywhere else is LDP, which is constantly congested, day and night, residents will have little to no choice for alternative routes.
