As one walks into the sample show unit which has been constructed at the sales gallery of Amaya Saujana, one would be speechless almost instantaneously. Even though it was just a sample show unit, it was obvious that every detail of the unit was taken care of. The 1,808 sf of sample show unit appeared very spacious and the whole unit was tastefully designed. There are a total of 10 units for each floor, where all the units are either corner or intermediate-corner units. As one exits the condo lift, one would not see any condo units but only notice fire escape doors. In other words, one needs to go through the fire escape door in order to get to his unit.
Apart from that, at least two or three condo units would be sharing a common corridor as well as the fire escape door. This might positively strengthen the relationship between neighbors. However, for those who prefer more privacy or rather those who are more towards an individualistic character, the shared pathway would not be a comfort to the property owners.
The developer of Amaya Saujana kept stressing on privacy for its property owners. However, when viewing the condo's overall layout, one would notice that some of the units' bathroom windows are actually facing the common corridor. Even though there's still some gap between the bathroom windows and the common pathway, one would not get to enjoy 100% of privacy - e.g. singing while in the shower as others could obviously hear you.
Amaya Saujana's units have all bedrooms with en suite. This has certainly shown the developer's promise towards privacy. Apart from that, this luxury condo also has 4-tier security system, with the first one at the guard house at the main entrance. The second level security would be at the car park entry, the third at lift lobby and the last at unit level entry. As security has always been one of the most important factors when one considers buying a property, the 4-tier security system would definitely be a plus point for this project.
However, as Amaya Saujana is located at an area which is rather quiet and new, one could possibly worry over the security in surrounding area outside the condo. Furthermore, there are a few other new developments which are under construction and many empty plots of land which are yet/soon to be developed. So, there is a high possibility that a lot of foreign construction workers could be seen loitering around the area.
Even though this development is easily accessible via major highways, one still needs to enter the area via Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang as this is (currently) the only road leading to the condo. As there are many other new developments coming up in the surrounding area (especially Ara Damansara), there is high possibility of traffic congestion at this area.
Amaya Saujana's luxury condo status has certainly attracted many well-to-do potential property owners even though there have been lots of comments that this condo is over-rated and too pricey. Nevertheless, anyone who visits this condo (currently just the sample show unit) would definitely admit that they were amazed by its beauty and luxurious renovations.
