Lake Valley is a township situated in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn which developed by UDA Holdings. The developer has planned to launch a total of eight projects in Lake Valley, namely Lake Valley Avenue 1, 2 and Lake Valley Town Park from now until 2011.     UDA Holdings, the developer of Lake Valley, was established in 1971 by the government, and was given the authority to develop this area. The area is expected to change Bandar Tun Hussein Onn to a middle-income group housing area. Lake Valley will be developed into a township with European designed architecture. It will focus on an intensively green landscape environment, which emphasizes on homes and commercial areas.

    Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is stretching over 752 acres of land, and known as the largest housing development in Cheras Selatan. Just upon completion, the total population has increased up to 35,000 which consists of 6,000 residential units. Since Lake Valley is located here, it will definitely attract people out there due to the neighborhood with Bandar Damai Perdana, and Taman Bukit Anggerik.
