This old condominium comprises 2 mid-rise 7-storey condominium blocks that comprise condominium units with built-ups range from 1,205sf to 1,800sf. The unit comes with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. It is built with a swimming pool, car park bays, tennis court and playground.
A vast array of amenities can be found surrounding this established condominium. Among others are school, which most of them can be located within 1km away, including SK Wangsa Maju R10, SRK Tun Hussein Onn, SM Taman Sri Rampai and SRK Taman Setiawangsa. In addition, it is also within close proximity to Fairview International School. It is also just a stone throw away from Muadz Bin Jabal Mosque. Besides that, there are several shopping and leisure centers located nearby Sri Ledang. Among the nearest ones are Wangsa Walk, Carrefour Wangsa Maju and Giant Taman Permata.
Sri Ledang is strategically located with an extensive network of roads and highways. It is easily accessible via Jalan Jelatek and Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE). In addition, it is served by Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and Karak Highway – which are just few kilometers away.
Sri Ledang is undoubtedly the most run down condominium within Section 10 vicinity. The white paint on the building has become very dirty and the area is a mess. It really needs a makeover and a splash of new paint. However, most of the facilities here are provided are still usable and maintained. It is still a decent place to stay due to its close proximity to the city centre.
But Sri Ledang may not be a good investment as one can evidence by quite a number of units being auctioned from RM170,000 to RM216,000 for a 1,205 sf unit and 1,800 sf unit respectively. It is only good for own stay if you love the serene surrounding, the low density feature, the close proximity to the city centre and if you are on a tight budget. You would not find any other condominium within this price range in this area.
