There is a long stretched night market every Monday evening from Section 1 to the Jusco area and the road will be closed from 5pm onwards until midnight. Residents or visitors who want to enter this area on Monday evenings are advised not to do so as you might be stuck in a jam for hours.
The flat apartments in Section 1, Wangsa Maju are among the few low-cost flats can be found within the city area. There has been good appreciation on the rental yields for the flats.
