Market Trends

Analysis

The location of USJ One Park is not very exclusive, as it neighbors Taman Subang Mewah that hosts rows of link factories that mostly comprise car workshops. However, there is a new mixed commercial development known as Empire Remix located just next to the neighborhood.

This development will surely boost the appreciation of the residential areas within the area. USJ 1 is well-known for massive traffic jam right in front of Summit USJ at Persiaran Kewajipan during peak hours. The situation is worse after downpour due to flash flood that normally occurs. As for accessibility, there are only two exits and two links from KESAS highway into the vicinity.
