USJ 17 is a gated and guarded residential enclave that houses mixed type of residential, from 2-storey terrace house to semi-detached homes, bungalows and a low-rise condominium. It is nestled at the very end of Persiaran Kewajipan in USJ vicinity. This precinct is situated at the intersection in between Persiaran Kewajipan and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).

Like the rest of USJs, this established neighborhood comprises 2-storey terrace houses, a condominium (namely Tropika Paradise) and 2-storey semi-detached homes. However, this neighborhood is quite special as it also nests ResTrees, the first gated and guarded community development within USJ. Analysis

USJ 17 is among the last precincts developed by UEP Sime back then. Hence, most houses here are newer compared to the ones in USJ 2, USJ 3, USJ 4 et cetera. It is one of the most expensive and affluent neighborhood in USJ. Overall, it would be a great buy if for own stay.
