Rhythm Avenue is a high-rise serviced apartment located in USJ 19. It is a part of an integrated development that comprises three blocks of serviced apartments and a two storey retail mall called The 19 USJ City Mall .
Within the retail mall, there are restaurants, cafes and a supermarket to serve the residents in convenience. The main tenant of the shopping mall is Aeon Big. Hence, the residents do not have to hassle in the traffic congestion to buy groceries and basic necessities. There are plenty of facilities available for residents as well.

Rhythm Avenue was originally developed by Sanjung Utama, but due to economic crisis in 1997, Sanjung Utama went bankrupt. The result of this is Rhythm Avenue was abandoned.
