One City is a RM3.6 billion integrated mixed development sprawling over 77 acres of freehold land located in USJ 25. The master plan includes shop-offices, office suites, retail lots, serviced apartments, corporate office, a shopping mall and hotels. It is located in the affluent township of UEP Subang Jaya.
One City Phase 1 project consists of 63 units of shop-offices with total built-up size of 7,040 sf with land size of 22′ × 80′. The units was sold for between RM1.6 million and RM3.2 million. It is sold with price tags starting from RM276,000 up to RM760,800.

It is sold from RM720,000. Additionally, Skypark also includes a cinema and a hotel. Lastly for Phase 2, there is an upscale retail mall The Place and a serviced residence The Square Residence.
The last phase of One City, Phase 3, called MCT Mall which comprises serviced apartments, corporate offices, an auditorium, a shopping mall and a hotel. Hotel Eleven is also part of Phase 3 whereby this unique hotel features innovative electronic system that allows guests to book and check-in into the room, order food via room service and almost any request via online or SMS. Another development is called The Place, which consists of retail lots, entertainment outlets as well as 12 hall seminar rooms and an open terrace for gatherings and parties.
One City is dubbed to be a new benchmark in USJ, and set to become a self-contained commercial hub of the vicinity. It is superbly supported by residents nearby in Putra Heights, Puchong and Shah Alam which have craved for a bold and dynamic commercial development in the area. One of the determining success factors for One City is the access road and the relocation of the existing Hindu temple. The developer claims that a major revamp for the access route will be done where the traffic from USJ will be diverted into the vicinity of the development.
