Valencia is targeted towards the upper-middle income population, and offers an esteemed address, being in close proximity to the city while still maintaining exclusivity. Being a gated community, and spread out over such a big piece of land, Valencia is naturally a low-density residential area. That being said, it is close enough to the city if big crowds are what the residents are looking for. One must have an affinity to gated communities because some might feel claustrophobic being in an arguably enclosed space.

Security is very tight, so residents can engage in leisurely activities within the grounds safely. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to do their rounds in the private 9-hole course without worry of crowds, since it is only open to residents of Valencia. Having your own transportation is definitely necessary, as most essential points, like clinics, schools and shops are anything from a 10 to 20 minute drive away.
