1 Petaling is being built next door to Petaling Indah, which was developed by Securiservices about 10 years ago. It is known that Petaling Indah’s prices have not risen since the original launch back then, and Securiservices has not properly maintained the complex. It is thought that 1 Petaling may eventually also suffer the same fate, as they share the same developer.
As a result, investing in 1 Petaling may not be an ideal investment, particularly as the price is rather expensive for the area. In addition, it seems to be more for homeowners rather than for rental purposes, as the rental fees are quite low here. However, if it suits your investment outlook, then you should definitely go ahead and buy it. Otherwise, there are better properties to invest in elsewhere.
