The developer Everest Point is one of the subsidiaries of AmanahRaya Development. Though the project has gone through some uncertain time, the joint venture between AmanahRaya Development and PJI Holdings managed to revive the project and completely changed the design, especially from 622 units to only 314 units of condo. Furthermore, PJI Holding has an impressive track record in construction, electrical and mechanical engineering services.

Given that there are quite few condominiums in the city centre of Subang Jaya offering smaller sizes with maximum built-up area 1,500 sf. Olives Residence differs by offering home buyers spacious units with built-up area ranging from 1,469 – 5,535 sf.
