Market Trends

Analysis

The design of Saujana Residency is indeed overwhelming, where the developer really put all efforts to make this high-end aparment outstanding among the rest of other apartments in the area. Right from the entrance, one will be awed by the large water feature that greets residents and visitors into the compound. Not only that, there are tall palm trees and tropical trees planted in the development that creates tropical resort ambiance.

The facade of Saujana Residency is also nicely done, as all units feature full-length glass that makes the design looks very modern. It also features lanai concept (for several units only) and its long bath ix extruding out of unit, allowing one to enjoy the scenery while soaking in the bath.

One of the drawbacks of Saujana Residency is its commercial title, which means electricity bill, quit rent and assessment fee are doubled from normal condominium. Besides that, another drawback is the large condominium supplies within the enclave. Several residentials within the enclave which are have older designs, such as Casa Tiara and e-Tiara have not appreciated much compared to Saujana Residency.

However, Saujana Residency seems to be the most favorable serviced apartment in SS16, due to its strategic location and exclusive design. Hence, prices for units in Saujana Residency are way above the other serviced apartments nearby.
